In June 1970 Terry was a crewmember of a ship based in Norfolk, Virginia.
On 19Jun1970 He was severely injured when he was struck by a ships hatch that weighed over 12,000 pounds.
He succumbed to his injuries on 6Jul1970.
Terry is buried at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
